Pam Gill

 

Pam’s genuinely warm nature creates an environment where students are invited to practice full self expression without boundaries or judgment. She has an innate ability to immediately remove any/all tension through her genuinely kind nature. Pam takes a balanced approach to both prana (breath) and asana (physical practice) interweaving the two together into a phenomenally restorative practice.

She has offered to volunteer with Yoga for Uniforms & we are thrilled to have her! You may see Pam: on the mat, physically practicing beside you; sharing her lovely energy or providing hands on assist to the participants. It doesn’t matter which one you encounter, you will be instantaneously richer for the experience.
